Adapting a US-based Sales Orientation Program for International Audiences

Learn how we adapted our US-based Orientation Program for our International Export Sales audiences. This includes:

Structure of the program
How we converted activities including a one week classroom session into a Virtual Classroom, while maintaining parts of the program as classroom
Challenges and obstacles with program, language, logistics, and how we overcame them
Key lessons learned, for example how some exercises/activities were more effective in the virtual environment than classroom .
